Female 18 years old Bristol, England, United Kingdom
Mayhem #2783804 Model
My name is Georgia and I am an aspiring actress/model.
I am based in a small town beside Bristol called Weston-Super-Mare, England, where I have lived most of my life after moving away from Bristol at a young age.
I have previous experience with modelling, back in 2011 I participated in a beauty pageant in London called ‘Miss Teen Queen’ where I travelled for my first professional photo shoot which involved many different outfit changes, however due to the small amount of time we had to work this shoot I was limited to one hair and make-up style. After a long, drawn out process I managed to finish in 7th place out of 60 participants.
My other modelling experience came not long after this, however they were small projects for students to submit to their University projects, for example I modelled in one project which was based on the Seven Deadly Sins which involved seven different photo shoots over the course of three days; I modelled several different expressions which were Greed, Pride, Gluttony, Lust, Sloth, Wrath and Envy. I really enjoyed modelling this project as I was able to bring these personalities to life by acting them out in frozen images which gave the photographer great chances to take shots from different angles until they got the one shot that really brought each personality to life.
I had to take a short break in my modelling after I was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in order to ensure I was well rested for my treatment, which I successfully completed in June 2011.
After this I didn’t continue with my modelling as I was too busy with my GCSE’s at school, however through this time I was improving with my acting skills and boosting my experience due to my GCSE course in Drama. This course gave me a wide insight into acting, including tips on how to access and use different expressions in order to bring different characters to life. I participated in different plays in theatre with this course including Blood Brothers and Of Mice and Men, along with a range of different devised plays written by myself and other actors. Due to these being theatrical, I was more likely to act as characters younger or a lot older than my actual age which can sometimes be difficult because it takes a lot of researching in order to figure out what a typical person within this age range would be like, and how I could use that and work it into my own ideas and skills. However, all this experience has helped me with my confidence and with my acting in general as even though every acting situation is completely different to another I am able to compare each new experience to my old experiences which helps me to bring my own aspect to new characters and situations in order to act at my best standards.
I understand how difficult it is to find work in this industry which I why I decided to study a course away from this aspiration- I’m currently studying Uniformed Public Services and Health and Social Care as I was planning on training to become a Nurse, however even after all of this I still can’t shake my passion with acting and modelling so I’m currently looking to gradually find my way back into this after realising you can’t give up on your dreams due to the fear of failure.
I am very hard working and think that professionalism on set is incredibly important. I have a lot of respect and admiration for the creativity and imagination of great photographers, designers, MUA's so on every shoot I try my best to envisage their idea's.
I'm willing to do most shoots however no nude, glamour or fetish photography under any circumstances as I feel at my age, it is inappropriate.
I'm currently taking bookings for paid work only and I am willing to travel nationally and internationally.
I hope that we'll have a chance to work together to make something incredible, Thank you,
