Bio
Kim’s keen eye for Makeup and Beauty began as a teenager, when she would do makeovers and tweeze eyebrows for students at her high school. Her passion for makeup continued and led her to the
School of Makeup Art where she earned her diploma as a
Beauty and
Special Effects Makeup Artist. She also received her certification for
Style and
Image Consulting,
Hair for the Camera, and
Airbrush Makeup.
After graduating in 2005, Kim began freelancing in Toronto as a Professional Makeup/Hair Artist. She was represented by The Artist Group Limited, but has since branched out on her own and continues to be a successful freelance artist.
Many people on numerous professional levels have entrusted Kim to provide that perfectly flawless look for: Editorial, Commercial, Video, Runway and her own event Makeup B4 the Club.
Kim continues to drive herself towards her goals and dreams. She is currently based in Downtown Toronto, with expectations to relocate to New York City.
