About me
Semi-pro photographer interested in taking it to the next level (meaning I want to make this a paying gig). I have loved both taking pictures and admiring artwork for as long as I can remember. I have owned many cameras and taken thousands upon thousands of photos over the years, but didn't get into the nitty-gritty of photography until a few years back. Although it's taken me a while to figure it out, I have come to realize that there are very few things that I enjoy doing more than taking photos.
I am currently in the process of setting up a studio; new digital workstation, purchasing auxiliary equipment, props, supplies, etc... My weapon of choice: Canon EOS 60D, but looking into a shiny new EOS 6D! Stay tuned!
I have attended 1 yr of formal photography instruction, so technically speaking, I know what I'm doing...but would appreciate new subjects to perfect my skills. I'm hoping to meet other photographers to learn from, and hopefully get in contact with many local talented models looking to enhance their portfolio.
For the time being, I'd like to keep expenses at a minimum, so TFCD is preferred. Message me here if you have an idea you'd like to try...I'm pretty open minded and wouldn't mind trying new and exciting concepts and/or ideas.
Also, please rest assured, I am not on here looking to hook up with, gawk at, or disrespect anybody. I am happily married to the girl of my dreams, have 4 kiddos, a dog, and a ton of expenses! :) In other words, I'm not interested in wasting time. You can expect a comfortable and professional environment conducive to creating art, and hopefully wonderful images that we can both we proud of.
