About Me
My name is Michael Jay and I’m looking to make a new wave in the acting/modeling world! I’m a very eclectic mix of a man, with looks ranging from high fashion, poetic, commercial, health & beauty, to physical fitness. A 3rd son to Air Force parents, I have always and an artistic side that stuck out among most others. Two months after my birth, in Anchorage Alaska, my family was stationed in Moreno Valley, Cali and from then on my travels continued. Before graduating high school back in Alaska, this time at Eielson AFB just minutes away from the North Pole, I lived in 5 states and Germany. Growing up, I always had a passion for art and sport, heavily derived from each of my older brothers. This led me to excel in various sports such as: track, basketball, football, baseball, and golf. While my athletic side was ever present, my artistic nature drove me to learn French at very young age, paint/draw, lure towards art & architecture, and shoe design.
Being able to adapt to multiple societies and cultures at such a young age gave me such diverse and raw characteristics that formed true potential. After high school I attended the University of New Mexico majoring in Architecture & Art. During this time when New Mexico started to become engrossed in film, cinema & style, I began to truly take on a chronic passion for fashion and acting. I developed great routines for staying in shape and eating exceptionally healthy while traveling. After finishing four years of school with Art, I took the first traveling job I could find as a home security technician. This provided me more travel through major cities like: NYC, Hoboken, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Miami, Tampa, Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Denver, Vegas, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Memphis, Charlotte, and many more. Within a 4 year span I soaked up so many positive aspects from each place, and began to build myself as a top model and dynamic long distance runner piece by piece.
Today I currently am a traveling home security manager that relishes in various big city running races each and every year. From my brief time I have been on this earth, I know that I’m now at the point where I can pursue my passions of modeling and acting! I have an enduring hunger to achieve the best that life has to offer, which is key to live out dreams and goals. I have been described as having a fresh and engaging look, by multiple agencies. From the photos, you can see that I truly have a vast range to encompass within the modeling industry. I see myself modeling for multiple clients such as: Armani, Puma, Nike, American Apparel, Jean Paul Gaultier, Boss, Mark Eco, Comune, Koto, H&M, True Religion, BDG, Levis, Calvin Klein, Men’s Health/Fitness, Esquire, GQ, Hi-Fructose, Inked, L.A. fitness, Gold’s Gym, 24hr Fitness and numerous others. My striking facial features, carefully selected ink art, exquisite physique, lively skin tone, and distinctive natural locs are just the few strengths I posses that help make me emerge to take modeling into a new profound direction.
I have the enthusiasm, drive, and gifts to be a face of a top modeling agency. Throughout my upbringing, I've developed great leadership, artistic, considerate, vigor, and savvy attributes which I feel are necessary in modeling/acting. I foresee that through a stable modeling career I could even start getting a feel into the acting world. One of my goals that I definitely perceive to achieve, is being the lead in bio pic about Bob Marley! With the many talents I hold, now is the chief opportunity for me to start a tenacious career.
