Tests
Before I use anyone for a project, be it an editorial for a magazine, or just for my portfolio, I always test them before hand (This includes agency models,MUA's, and Hairstylists).  What I mean by test is, I have you come in, and we do some VERY simple makeup, and setups, no wardrobe stylist (models bring their own clothes) but there will be a MUA.  You will get portfolio quality images.  But the main purpose of the test is to see if you will work with the way I light, and how well you do during the shoot.  Again... I will not use ANYONE in any projects without testing with them first! These tests are always TF*

Be aware that I go into a test not looking for anything for my portfolio.  Its strictly to try out new team members or models.  I don't care about having a concept... I care about seeing how you work.  Think of these tests as an interview.  I'm interviewing for you as much as you are for me.  That is the true benefit of my tests.
ATTENTION: I no longer retouch my tests...   I am more than happy to give you any images you like from the shoot, and you have my blessing to have them retouched anywhere you choose.  If I decide to retouch an image for my own purposes, you are more than welcome to it as well.

I understand that you invest in your materials, and some of you spend
lots of money to keep your kits stocked.  However.........
I do not pay kit fees....
This may sound unreasonable, but consider that I have spent thousands
of dollars on my equipment and my education, and each and every
person on my sets contribute some personal sacrifice to making the
best images possible.  I never ask anyone to help pay for my gear, so
I respectfully request that you don't ask me to pay for yours.

MODELS
I am available for portfolio shoots:
portfolio shoots are for the model.  It will be designed around what you or your agency wants for your book. I will have a consultation with you or your agency to establish exactly what you are looking to get.  This is not a "power" test, nor is it a "cookie cutter" test.  If you want to shoot an "editorial", we will do that!  If you want the simple stuff on white seamless...  we can do that!  The sky is the limit on my portfolio shoots! 

In this business.... you get what you pay for!

My rates are as follows:

*******************PORTFOLIO SHOOTS****************

Basic Test: $550
This is for 4 changes/looks.
Makeup and "Light" hair is included.
Model brings their own clothes.
Additional looks are $150

What do you get from all Portfolio shoots? 
All images from the shoot (3-500) in web format for editing (selection).
5 selected images from each look shot full size (un-retouched).
1 image from each look "lightly" retouched full size.
Retouching is $25/image for each additional image you want "edited"

I am also a Freelance Retoucher, available as an on site Digital Tech, or for post production.  I am an Adobe® Photoshop® Certified Expert.

My rates are:

ON SITE DIGITAL TECH
Full day digital tech (10hrs): $600
Overtime: $100/hr

Post Production/Retoucher: Varies (estimate given upon request)
