Hey sweets.
I hope that L.A is treating you well. "Flick" is nowhere near finished with the editing process. I hate waiting as much (or maybe even more) as you do, but as we went through 9 drafts of the script before we had the shooting script I guess we should have expected the editing process to take at least half as many tries....
The good news? We handed the footage over to an incredible, talented editor out of Conneticut and he's been spending a lot of time working with it. The footage is beautiful, the content is all there, it's now just getting it put together to tell a story instead of being this really visually appealing clusterf*ck. But as soon as it IS finished or we have a trailer I will let you know. I don't have too many shots from the night that you worked on it, but I'll see if I can come up with something. And I promise that as soon as we have anything to send out I'll get it to you-you and your man were both fantastic!

I'm sorry things with the Carnivale have taken a back seat to the 2 films we are producing in two months. If you like, I'd love to make the wait up to you by offering you a part as a featured extra in my film set to shoot the middle two weeks of december. There is no pay up front (you'd be compensated scale rate on the back end if we make monies!)but we would probably only need to have you for a couple of hours. Of course, hair, make up and wardrobe would be provided. Check out the casting call on my page, you would be a brilliant addition to the scene I have you in mind for!!
