About Me

This site is devoted to celebrating Color, Light, Youth, Beauty and Sensuality.

Photography is my passionate hobby. I am interested in art, fashion, glamour and life style photography. I try to capture the beauty of human form in its infinite variations and with infinite set of emotions in natural surroundings. I believe that the collaborative effort between two artists (model and the photographer) based on trust, understanding and respect can create magic. I love to work with both experienced and aspiring models to create beautiful images that can enhance our portfolios. I admire the work of many models and photographers on MM and I look forward to an opportunity to work together.

Favorite quotes:

“And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music.” - Friedrich Nietzsche

"My own form of madness has been to spend my whole life putting color on canvas." - Pierre Auguste Renoir

"Color is strength, strength is life." - Emil Nolde

"Color is one of the great things in the world that makes life worth living.” - Georgia O'Keeffe

"Light can be gentle, dangerous, dreamlike, bare, living, dead, misty, clear, hot, dark, violet, springlike, falling, straight, sensual, limited, poisonous, calm and soft.” - Sven Nykvist

"More red...
And a little more red...
Blue blue blue blue
Blue blue blue blue
Even even...
Good...
Bumbum bum bumbumbum
Bumbum bum...
More red...
More blue...
More beer...

More light!
Color and light
There's only color and light
Yellow and white
Just blue and yellow and white
Look at the air, miss
See what I mean?
No, look over there, miss
That's done with green...
Conjoined with orange..." - Color and Light, Stephen Sondheim - Sunday in the Park with George

"the painters paint dipping
their reds and greens and yellows,
poets rhyme their loneliness,
musicians starve as always
and the novelists miss the mark,
but not the photographers, they
dip and dive, rise,
shaking shocked half-dead
lenses from their necks" - Charles Bukowski - and the sun wields mercy

Don't throw the pa-ast away
You might need it some rainy day
Dreams can come true again
When everything old is new again
I might fa-all in love wi-ith you again - Lines from the song, "When everything old is new again"

“Walk on air against your better judgment.” - Seamus Heaney

“It’s your path and only yours. People can walk by your side but no one can walk for you,” - Poeti Norac RIP

Exchange between Gustav Cassel, a noted Swedish Economist, with his PhD student Gunnar Myrdal, who went on to win the Nobel Prize in Economics later, where Cassel was reported to say, "Gunnar, you should be more respectful to your elders, because it is we who will determine your promotion," and he replied, "Yes, but it is we who will write your obituaries."

"If there is one thing I’ve learned in life, it is that we have more to fear from our inhibitions than from our vulnerabilities. More lives are wrecked by the slow and frigid death of emotional closedness than by the short and hot risks of emotional openness." - David Brooks, NY Times, 28 May 2021

"Seasons came and changed the time" - Nancy SInatra in Bang Bang

"We've got to live, no matter how many skies have fallen" - D. H. Lawrence in Lady Chatterly's Lover. - The context is different, but it so resonates with our current predicament.

“Death is the force that shows you what you love and urges you to revel in that love while the clock ticks.” BJ Miller, NY Times, Dec. 18, 2020

“Yesterday has already vanished among the shadows of the past; to-morrow has not yet emerged from the future. You have found an intermediate space,” - Nathaniel Hawthorne

"Four AM can be a devastating hour. The day, no matter what kind of day it was is indisputably over; almost instantaneously, a new day begins: and how will one bear it? Probably no better than one bore the day that is ending, possibly not as well. Moreover, a day is coming one will not recall, the last day of one’s life, and on that day one will oneself become as irrecoverable as all the days that have passed.

It is a fearful speculation — or, rather, a fearful knowledge — that, one day one’s eyes will no longer look out on the world. One will no longer be present at the universal morning roll call. The light will rise for others, but not for you." - James Baldwin

“Those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities” - Voltaire
- That Voltaire was absolutely correct in his assertion is substantiated by the case of Dr. Fritz Klein, a German Nazi doctor and war criminal, hanged for his role in atrocities at Bergen-Belsen concentration camp during the Holocaust. During his war crimes trial, when asked how he reconciled his actions with his ethical obligations as a physician, Klein famously stated: "My Hippocratic oath tells me to cut a gangrenous appendix out of the human body. The Jews are the gangrenous appendix of mankind. That's why I cut them out."

‘’You just have to live and life will give you pictures’’ C-Bresson

"I don't remember exact time we've worked together in Barcelona, but it was very nice and relaxed. He was focused on capturing my natural behavior and not arranging me into any poses, which was a nice change.I liked the light and location very much." Read less
