Message me if you're interested in setting up a shoot. I'm easy to work with, accomodating, and respectful of my models. What you want to do, we do, and I arrange all specifics *before* the shoot.
I recommend that models bring a chaperone/escort to any shoot, and I always welcome the presence of any individual who helps my models feel secure. I can happily provide references on request, though most of my models in the past have not been from ModelMayhem.
This is a part-time creative gig for me, and I prefer models who are interested in collaborating for their own projects. Every time I work with a model on his or her own ideas, I find myself thinking of photography in a new way -- let's keep that going.
That said, I work TFP when hiring models, though I can be hired for headshots and special projects at reasonable rates. Email with questions.
