The Tattoos.
Ten ranging from small to large- however, don't fret; there are always ways around them.  My right side isn't tattooed and the existing ones tend to fall out of sight.  If not, edit them; understandable they aren't for everyone.
Another option would be tattoo cover makeup which I can provide.
