I'm The Divine Emily Fine, and I am a beginning professional photographer looking to merge art with fashion in creative ways. I like to use jewelry and gaudy big props to bring life to otherwise dull portraits and the like, and put an emphasis on strange angles and interesting macro shots of lips.
I am known to use a one light set up without reflectors. Call me a dinosaur, but sometimes I can kick some ass with a desklamp if need be.
I am also known for my self portraiture, which although it was originally a mere necessity, it has seriously grown on me to the point that if I'm flaked on, I always have a back up model.
I currently attend the Washington School of Photography in one of their professional programs.
I currently accept paid assignments and select TFP for some of my quarterly Double/Triple shoots with my boyfriend and hollywood-style photographer Stephen and my good friend Blue Sky Photo - Tyger. I prefer models with interesting odd faces, cool scars, giant eyes and freckles. If you think you've got what I need, feel free to contact me for participating in one of those Group Shoots. Blue Sky Photo-Tyger He's my photographer escort when working in studio. He's how I learned to make my black and whites their best, got me motivated to make this more than just a hobby, and taught me how to shoot in manual mode for the first time. Mischief Vixen - Such a trooper, despite her inexperience on a horse, she hopped on top of an incredibly tall Percheron for a shoot. Much fun!
Redemption - Great model and she was very generous to let us use her horses for the shoot. Great costume designer, too!
