I'm a model/makeup artist (MUA profile Mayhem #1342918)
I'm avaliable for editorial, fashion, commercial, conceptual, glamour, art, alt. and nude work.
I am very professional, rarely late, and I usually come with more wardrobe than I need and a full makeup kit.
***I have ready access to many beautiful, HIGH END authentic vintage clothing items (1930's-1960's) including dresses, jackets, gloves, hats, and jewelry (example: 1947 Christian Dior hat w/tags still on)***
I do not shoot in real leather or fur.
TF*:
I am open to TF* on occassion if the shoot will help my book, or any kind of beneficial wardrobe or styling is offered.
I will also Trade for tearsheets, clothes, or travel accomodations (see Travel info)
-I prefer to meet with photographers over coffee prior to working together TF*(in case we've never worked together before/to clarify and construct ideas). When traveling, if possible, I enjoy meeting in the lobby of where I am staying or at a nearby coffee shop before shooting. Does not necessarily apply to Paid assignments.
-TF* shoots (that are not in trade for travel accomodations, tears, etc.) I generally keep to two hours max. This is in part due to a back/neck injury I sustained Novemer of '08 in an auto accident.
-From TF* shoots (that are not in trade for travel accomodations, tears, etc.) I expect my photos in a
timely manner of less than a month please. I need them to update my book as well as for agency/magazine submissions, and I need them current.
-I like to be able to select at least one or a few of my own photos from the shoot or recieve a small variety. If this is problematic, let me know before shooting.
NUDES:
No TF* with the exception of those who are providing travel accomodations in exchange or have been contacted by myself regarding shooting nudes.
I am offering a discounted rate for the time being, $100 for two hours.
I may choose to bring an escort to any nude shoot unless I have met with and/or established a working relationship with the photographer, or they have reputable, solid references. My escort is normally my boyfriend of 6 yrs. I can assure you he is professional, very helpful and comes with references if need be.
Photographers- Notify me of any model release
prior to our shoot. Also- it is your responsibility to have one at the time of the shoot should you require one. I own neither a printer, fax machine, nor scanner.
I will not deal with late model releases.
CAR SITUATION as of November 09
Currently my car is STILL overheating. I am trying to have it looked at very soon (trust me!). I feel safe enough driving around Abq. for the most part but will not chance driving outside city limits or over long distances (including Rio Rancho and Santa Fe) where I am far from help. Because of this, shoots which take place outside of town will mean that my boyfriend will have to drive me in his car, and stay nearby for the duration of the shoot (if theres nowhere else for him to go). Gas compensation required if you live outside Abq.
I'm German, Swedish, Spanish and Native American.
I have an anti-eyebrow piercing near my right eye, a nose stud, my earlobes pierced, a belly ring, and about four smallish tattoos (the biggest is about 4 inches, the rest less than an inch. All are easy to cover w/ makeup). My piercings can be removed for a shoot with notice, as I will have to bring clear plugs.
Travel Info:
My best friend works for an airline and I can get roundtrip tickets for about $150. If you live in a city on my Travel List and would like to shoot, let me know. I am always open to discussing trade for an airline ticket or hotel room while traveling.
