I'm a film guy at heart, and became interested in model photography mainly because I wanted to learn more skills and techniques that could transfer into my film and visual effects projects. Over time my interest in photography grew and now I find myself doing more photo shooting and retouching than film work. I still prefer the editing environment over the photography part, but after working with several people I found a greater interest in shooting as well. Capturing the right mood in the right lighting in the right setting and watching it all fall into place is fun and exciting, like knocking out the bottom piece in a Jenga tower without it falling. I hope to find more people interested in sharing that excitement with me.
