I am a professional photographer in New Mexico!  Wedding photography is my main area of concentration but, I am willing to shoot on a TFP/CD basis IF the model has a look that I can use for my portfolio. Helping new models build their ports is what I enjoy doing.

  I’m constantly searching among the throng for those individuals I feel could be potential models in front of my camera. And though there are many attractive women out there, few really move me to actually walk over (or "click" over) and introduce myself in what could easily turn into simply an embarrassing moment for both of us. But it does happen. To begin, she is much more than just another attractive young lady. She will stand out among the crowd without question. She is one who has nice height yes, and a face that shows smiles as easily as pensive stares, along with legs for days as they say, but most importantly, it’s that face. She must be more than simply another pretty face is all I’m saying. There must be a certain quality of attitude to go along with the eyes, the mouth, and the hair. And though what I say now is somewhat altruistic, what I see in her face is drawn from years of experience working in this business. A sort of naturalness of movement and sweetness combined. And only if I see she has all those qualities, only then will I be moved to actually approach her.

ANY model may at ANY time bring someone to the shoot. If a model is under 18yrs, I REQUIRE a parent or legal guardian to be present at the shoot...no exceptions!!!

So, if I ask you to pose for me, remember that I have seen a quality in you that set you above the rest!

I am a photographer that uses the camera to capture the image. I depart from the current trend that many photographers are trapped into…using Photoshop to make the image!  I am not talking about cropping & basic tonal or color corrections, I am taking about shooting a model and then adding fantasy backgrounds and objects. I have seen were lovely models that have their images taken and added to such a background and the comments say, “Wow look at that building” or “the graphics are awesome”.  I am all about the model as the dominate subject.  Some use Photoshop to mask mediocre photographic skills or lack of experience or training. Photoshop or other editing software is NOT a replacement for good photo composition & perspective…like some believe.
