The following PSA's are due to everything I've encountered in the last yr of being on MM:
1. I do TFCD as long as you're personable and have ideas that I'm interested in. I don't have alot of free time and so am not wasting it on primadonnas
Come with respect or not at all! word.
2. Will not ask you to strip and proceed to take really crappy photos, I'll refer you to tons of "photogs" I've seen on this site that would be happy to help.
Honestly though, come on ladies, check out their work before you let them shoot you and only work with people who can help your portfolio as well. If not, you're only furthering all this T&A bullsh*t that horny geeks are trying to pass off as art. Sh*t's weak! (This statement in no way pertains to tasteful nudes - If it's done right, they can be breathtaking) I'm sick of seeing gorgeous girls turned into lo-res porn.
3. Watch Zoolander. If all you do is the "Blue Steel", I'm not the photographer for you. I want expressions; wild, sad, happy, mischief, fierce, soft, hatred, anger, love, laughter. You get the idea! When I shoot, I'm hopping up, down, left, right.. I ADORE working with models who put forth just as much effort as I do! Practice makes perfect - a model I worked with recently told me, "Aside from my ADD which helps alot, I practice poses in front of the mirror".. words of wisdom from a GREAT model to shoot! It cracks me up when I see one look in a model's port and she doesn't do TF. I literally laugh out loud. If I pay you, will you be a good model? lol. After every shot, change it up
That being said!
I'm looking to network with MUAs, models and other photogs! The photography business enthralls me and there are SO many ridiculously talented people on here that I want to learn from you all! I love collabing with other people on shoots- more brains the better.
I love metal music, being a Taurus, wearing pigtails and shooting whiskey. Want to know anything else, just ask!
