About Me

I want to prove to the world that people can be athletic, stay in shape, and be fully nourish on a plant-based diet. Getting this type of message out requires a lot of commitment, training and hard work. I compete as a professional bodybuilder, and I'm also an ISSA-certified sport nutritionist and master fitness trainer, Mad Dogg Athletics-certified spin instructor, and I have an AS in exercise science. Before I was in the field of fitness science, I was in the military for eight years and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom III and IV, four years active in the United States Marine Corps and four years active in the United States Navy Reserves.
