I want to thank all of the people I have worked with
thus far (see the Credits below) especially the
photographers for seeing something in me that I don't see.
I am always amazed by the finished product - it is like looking at a totally different person.
I have learned something new from all of you and truly appreciate you.
I have to give extra thanks to jnathandworx, the first photographer I ever shot with in November '06 (he is responsible for the last pic in my port). That shoot was about me dealing with some self-conscious issues I had but once he saw the pics he strongly encouraged me to pursue modeling. One year later and 15 lbs lighter, here I am.
I will be appearing in a book titled "Portraits of Eve: Women of Color Share Their Body/Soul Conversations", by Herb Way (MM# 661) to be published in 2009.

- I'm a mix of Black, Filipina, Chinese, (Cherokee) Indian & Irish (talk about a melting pot)
- 4 tattoos: a small butterfly to the right of my belly button, a crab (Cancer) on the back of my right shoulder, my name in Filipino script across my lower back and "Pretty Day" with a rose on back of my left shoulder
- piercings: nose and 2 in each ear
- surgery scar - right side of my back below my crab tattoo: I call it my testimony scar (ask and I'll tell)
- vaccination mark (nickel size) - upper left arm
- very small birthmark with a mole on it - left of my belly button
