POLICY:     MODEL BOOKING CONSIDERATION
The process of booking models for shoots can be a two way process where the model contacts the producer or the producer contacts the model.

At times, the availability of the model can lead to a shoot being scheduled and a shoot being made up, based on the selected model.

We have moved to a process by which the models are now selected to fit the needs of the shoot. This is how traditional production is done.

As a result, we now require a minimum of 30 days notice if you’d like to book with us. Besides the fact that it will better allow us to consider if we can use you in an up-coming project, we get more predictability of our production schedule and our finances.

Short notices of model availability to shoot will not be helpful to us and will in most cases not be considered.

Models selected for shoots following this policy will have great security in their bookings with us and we will greatly appreciate them.

POLICY: 7 DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE
If after a model secures a booking with us, it becomes critical for her to break the booking, we require 7 days notice in order to keep her as listed “In Good Standing” for future bookings.  The cancellation policy will be exercised on a per-case basis, in light of actual emergencies.
