Greetings! I started photographing raves and parties all over California over 15 years ago (ooooh FMRs

). That somehow transformed into wedding photography about 6 years ago. I still happily shoot events of all kinds but headshot, editorial and fashion shoots are definitely more fun than business award ceremonies!
Weddings and events are almost purely photojournalism, and are almost always incredibly rushed. The last thing I want to do is slow down the wedding. Engagement photos are much more creative but the couples I shoot are never models. Real model shoots give me the creative freedom I have been longing for. So if you are a model, actor or actress who needs photos to build their portfolio, just call or mail me!
I only do TFCD because sometimes, the best things in life are free. My goal is to give you photos you love, not to get your clothes off. Escorts are always welcome. Maybe it's the journalist in me, but I shoot better in casual settings. So bring your friends, chat, laugh, be the peanut gallery, I find it makes for more natural photos. While shooting, I show you pretty much every shot immediately after we take it, so we both see what worked and what did not, and adjust accordingly. Or if you prefer to shoot continuously, I can do that too. After the shoot, I upload medium-sized versions of all useable images to a private gallery on my web site and mail you the URL. I only leave out unsalvageable and color check shots. You select the ones you really like and tell me what changes, if any, you want me to make. Anything from erasing a pimple to changing the color of your clothes, my web site has many retouching examples. Depending on how much time I have, I may retouch many more photos than the ones you selected. I then put the retouched images into a new gallery on my web site and onto a CD for you. I always give you full-resolution images, not scaled down versions, that have no watermarks or logos. I shoot with my trusty, 6yr old, Canon 1Ds MkI and L glass. Oh, I am happily married with two small kids. So I am not going to ask you out or hit on you in any way. My "day job" has absolutely nothing to do with photography. I think that pretty much covers all of the questions I have been asked. If you have any questions, please mail me. Thank you!
I only accept friend requests from people I have worked with or had at least some contact with.
