Who am I?
I’m Matt Miller, I am a Dilettante, raconteur, meta-creative, professional procrastinator, Guinness drinker, practical joker, social animal, advanced hypocrite and sometimes I take pictures, although it would be an exaggeration to call me a photographer,
I bought my first camera in 2004 to challenge a bet, I don’t have any formal training, I learn by trial and error and I have spent more on Jaffa cakes last year than I have ever spent on photographic equipment.

What do I believe?
Photography is the only activity in life that requires no skill, aptitude or knowledge, all that is required, is a camera and some imagination, come to think of it the camera is not that important.

What kind of photography do I do?
I help “you” make art; my tools include satire, parody, surrealism, perversion of the mundane, bad taste and cliché. I use photography because it entertains me and I have an unhealthy fascination with naked boobies, photography provides an outlet for this.

Where am I going?
Basically nowhere, I spend most of my time watching daytime TV in my pants eating cornflakes from the packet. I have no ambition in photography, I don’t want to be rich or famous, and I don’t even care if people like my work or not. Photography is just a hobby that has got way out of control, come to think of it, it’s mostly a clinical addiction.

Who am I looking for? 
I’m interested in people that have something to say, collaborators, fellow artists, the imaginative, actors, storytellers, and all kinds of people for whom the creative process is their primary focus, I trade in ideas,
As a rule of thumb the less suitable you think you are the more suitable you probably are.

Who am I not looking for?
The shallow, the self obsessed and those that believe photography is just about looking pretty and earning a quick few quid. I find Achievement and notoriety unimpressive.

What do I provide?
Chaos and unpredictability and a lot of fun mostly, however I do usually provide images within 48 hours and real prints are available.

What do I not do?
Contact models, Ok I do sometimes but only after some serious waving of arms or if I really, really want to work with someone and the hints are not getting through, but as a rule of thumb I don’t contact models, If you want to work with me, get in touch, don’t wait, you could be waiting for a very long time.
I also don’t do “Tasteful”, second chances or any kind of commercial work.
