• I no longer shoot for free (unless you are responding to a casting - go there for specifics), but my fashion rate begins at $150 per look (hair & makeup not included).

MODELING FACTS • Clients hire photographers to sell their magazines, clothing line, products, etc.

The photographers’ skill is not dependent on location nor on his equipment, many famous photographers have captured exceptional images with a Polaroid or Toy Camera.

When the model is tired, or cannot perform for the camera, it is the photographers responsibility to get creative, even when the model is passed out (the show must go on); perfect example GIA (rent the movie, starring Angelina Jolie).

A models entire career depends on the photographers’ skills – he is the primary person whose skill is used to capture the images that will be used to promote and hire the model – the model utilizes these images to make money .

At times, these images are captured without the use of a Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist, etc. therefore, when these other creative individuals are used, ALL the hard work can be wasted if the photographer does not have the skills.

• It takes more talent and skills to be a good photographer then to be a good model. A good model is expected to do 1 thing: PERFORM FOR THE CAMERA





PET PEEVE • Being asked a question that is answered here and having to repeat myself.

• Beautiful MODELS that shoot with bad photographers.

• MODELS that have bad pictures and want me to pay them.

• MODELS that like my fashion work, don’t want to pay me and want to use my images to improve their portfolio, promote themselves and/or make money.

• MODELS that want to do a shoot with me but don't want to give me their telephone number.

• MODELS that want me to help them and do not follow my advice.

• MODELS that schedule a shoot with me and flake; these models will remain blocked until they persuade me to unblock them.

• MODELS that reply to my nude casting and tell me they are not available for nudes.

• PEOPLE that keep sending me text messages after I ask them to call me.

• PHOTOGRAPHERS that claim to be celebrity photographers when all they really are are wanna bee paparazzis with a camera.

• PHOTOGRAPHERS that brag about the number of models they have worked with and/or how long they have been shooting yet have not gotten any better in relation to what they brag about ; I don't consider these individuals photographers and prefer to call them "a guy with a camera".

ABOUT ME • I am self-taught freelance photographer, and strive to be very versatile (I hope this is obvious). I do not shoot the same thing over and over again, and the only thing that changes is the model, like some other photographers.

I am not into the party scene, never been drunk or tried drugs, but I am addicted to beautiful girls and shooting them - but they tried to make go to rehab, and I said, no, no no.

I am also a former Agent and help models get Agency representation in the Major Markets (Paris, Milan and NYC).

METHODOLOGY

When I shoot my job is to make you feel very comfortable, I will also give you directions and pay close attention to every detail in order to accomplish the objective - an enjoyable shoot that produced great images.

WHAT WILL YOU WEAR? - I will come over your residence to pick the clothes, accessories and props; the shoot will take place on a different day.

WHERE WILL WE SHOOT? - Most of the time, the shoot will begin at your residence and it will continue at different locations (the world is my studio).

WHAT KIND OF SHOOT DO YOU HAVE IN MIND FOR ME? - I shoot based on a combination of things; how I am feeling, your personality, what you are wearing and the surrounding area.

I will throw ideas at you and you are free to also throw some at me. I will start pressing the trigger when you say, OK – I’ll do that! So if you are the type of person that wants specifics, we were not made for each other, since I do not USUALLY (key word) plan anything, I improvise, so do not ask me what I have in mind for you.

WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? - I expect you (the model) to come up with numerous and creative poses and to simultaneously project with your eyes different moods or emotions - especially friendly or seductive (I suggest you practice with a mirror).

ROAD TRIPS and DRIVE-BY SHOOTINGS •  When I am away from home (more then 1.5 hours from Miami) I prefer to work with models that have a great location for the shoot and a place for me to stay.

I also prefer to meet you in person before I confirm a shoot, if you can no meet with me, there is another option (please inquire). If on the day of the shoot you look different then what I expected you to look like - I more then likely not shoot you.

WHAT YOU WILL GET & WHEN? - The images that I personally like will be edited and sent right away via email, often times is on the same day. I will also mail you a CD containing 80% of the raw images which you are free to edit and crop, or give it to someone else to do so.

You WILL NOT get all the images so if you shoot with me you are agreeing to these terms. I do not want pictures that I have created out there that are bad.

PERSONALITY TEST non-negotiable

If you agree to shoot with me, I must either meet with you or at the least speak with you on the phone NO CALL = NO SHOOT. If our personalities are incompatible - we will not shoot; it's not about the money, honey.

• I get along with most of the models I have worked with, that is why I need to speak and meet them in person first. I seldom have bad shoots, but it has happened a few times (7 to be precise) due to numerous reasons - the model’s attitude, the weather, or I did a bad job (crap happens to all of us – we are not always at our best).

SECURITY CONCERNS • That’s like asking your employer if you could bring someone with you to work, none the less - Chaperons, Body Guards, Police Escorts, Pit Bulls, etc., are limited to one and welcomed as long as they are nearby and not able to have direct eye contact with you, since this is distracting or you can come alone with a can of Pepper Spray. If the model misbehaves; I will shoot her

NOTE TO MODELS - Before you ask, no, I'm not going to hire you or pay to shoot you, clients pay and hire models after a go-see (meeting them in person = a job interview, to put it in simple terms) and they book (hire) them through a Licensed Talent Agency, so if money is what you seek, please contact an Agent.

Just because I made you aware of me, by posting a photo comment or sending you a tag, does not mean I am wanting to shoot you for free.

FREE PHOTO SESSION? – I shoot for free if we have already worked together or have made a previous agreement to do so or you are responding to a Casting Call (go there for further info).

HIRING ME? - Rates vary depending on what you need, others involved and the complexity of the desired shoot - please inquire.


If I have to travel more then 150 miles from Miami/Fort Lauderdale you also have to take care of my travel expenses and accommodations or we can negotiate.
