Photography has always been my passion. Now shooting beauty again for pleasure, magazine and ads. I've been doing mixed beauty and still lifes in Paris for 15 years, 5 years before in Vancouver. I've shot for most of the magazines here over time, and that led to a fair amount of advertising as well. Currently trying very hard to enter into the beauty market with magazine work with the big names, and eventually series submissions for avant garde magazines.

My style if any is around studio technical light and excellent retouching. To make great pictures the model has to have an interest in art and photography, same for make up, then the base is installed. If you are just starting, seriously invest yourself to the level you want to get to. I do tests for agencies, and portraits with great care which are paid. If you do make up for me, and you can prove your worth then sometimes you will be paid sometimes not. If you think you should be paid from the start, you are obviously not going to ever work with me. Model's tests for agencies depend on who is asking. When an agency calls to shoot their girls, they pay. When a photographer calls to have girls to shoot it is non-paid. If you are not in an agency you have to be persistent, as I need a lot of bolstering to do pictures outside of magazine, ad, portrait, or agency tests. If you are not in an agency and your pictures will not advance my teams work, then there is little chance that I will want to do pictures with you, unless you have a very convincing argument. You have to know what you have to bring to the pictures.

This site has let me make contact with some extraordinary people in far off places. Sometimes just saying hello, a few sincere words ( farther than amazing!) some visual exchange and sharing. I do post castings but in France so far it hasn't worked out. I would love to shoot  outside of Paris. So let's just continue enjoying the versatility of the site, it's people, and why we're here.
