I've been into fitness now for 17 years, my interest in Bodybuilding started in my early 20’s and since then my passion has become a way of life and for the last years I have embraced it as my career. I just love the feeling of helping people achieve their goals and being part of the process.
How do I train?
I incorporate the best moves of various fitness techniques including Pilates, Suspension training, Calisthenics, Weight training, High intensity interval training, Functional Training (specific to each person’s needs. E.g. a basketball player has very different needs than a marathon runner), Tabata and Cardio to keep things interesting and fun!
Having the ability to integrate different techniques of training, I’m also able to tailor a session depending on the client’s needs and interest in order to achieve their unique goals, let it be losing weight, muscle development, performance, endurance, strengthening and rehabilitation.
My personal goal is to give people the tools to take on a healthy lifestyle “because being fit is not a seasonal thing!” It’s a life time commitment and with the right tools having a healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean that one has to be stuck doing boring routines and eating dole food. It’s all about making the right choices.
On my free time, I travel the world as this has always been a passion of mine. Some of my hobbies include: climbing, hiking, MTB, surfing, inline skating, reading and painting (I hold a diploma in Plastic Arts). I’m also an avid writer for topics in relation to fitness and for the last years I've entered into fitness modeling.
