Wow, who would've thought, it's been (2019-2007.... Holy shit it has been 12) years since I joined this website. I've shot many throughout the years, and each and everyone has been a learning experience. I feel that my work has moved on tremendously since I joined, and I'm a fairly confident in getting the shot that I want. Nothing changes though, I'm still a travelling photographer, I still dabble in portable off camera lighting, but most of my photography now is leaning towards the travel aspect. But once in a while, I'll travel through a location with shooting a model in mind.

Travelling, though, is not cheap, even more so with shooting models while travelling. Locations and/or studios need to be paid for, and I'm not shooting on anyone's dime. I'm not shooting for a magazine, a website or a publication, and I have yet started to monetize my shoots by selling my photos. In my other life, I'm also a wedding photographer, so I have my own rates. You have your own rates. Let's cut it down the middle. If you like my style, and I like your style, I engage you and you engage me. I shoot for your portfolio sounds dirty here, but let's negotiate. 

On a minimum level, if your portfolio has not shown quality shots, nor quality modeling level, or you need constant direction during a shoot to get a good image and lighting, or you admit yourself that you are not that experienced or only slightly experienced, I will only seek to do TF* with you. While I'll ask for your rates, if it's not comparable with your experience level, I might not engage you for the shoot.

On the flipside, if your port has quality work, quality modelling, we will negotiate on a number that I'm comfortable with. Only agree to work with me if you'd like to have my work on your portfolio though, so we don't end up negotiating back and forth until we're both exhausted. The number ($$$) I would like to end up on will be less than the rate you quoted ($_$), but in exchange, you are allowed to use the photos for your portfolio, be it online or print, but all rights are still belong to me though. If you would like to sell those images or use it for advertising, or use it for your self promotion, ask! Don't worry, we can work something out, heck, from my standpoint as of now, I don't think I will be asking that much of a percentage.
