About Me

Part-time photographer with much experience of shooting portraits and events for years. Before moving to Houston, Texas, I lived in Beijing China to achieve my PhD degree in Biochemistry while working as a part-time photographer/retoucher for comparable payment per hour as professionals. By joining the Model Mayhem community, I aim at seeking opportunities to develop my part-time photography career, while working as a scientist of cancer research in Texas Medical Center.

I love both science and art. I always hope to creature pretty images in both fields. In the past few years, I already had two photos from my scientific research works chosen as magazine cover for distinguished biomedical journals: International Journal of Cancer (Volumn136-Issue 1, 2015) and Journal of Pathology (Volumn237-Issue2, 2016). I hope in the future my photography work can also be used as magazine cover :))
