The copyright war with Thailand continues - PLEASE do not buy these shirts or any like them, the manufacturers are in the process of being hunted down and sued.
If you do see the shirts, inform the sellers of the fraud and ask them to remove the shirts from sale. Any support would be greatly appreciated.

CLIENTS - if you have an idea or project you need photographed please feel free to email me and we can discuss details and rates.
If I do not feel I am the right person for the job, I won't lie about it - I'm always happy to suggest people that will serve your needs.
MODELS - I am very happy to work with models of all ages and sizes, genders and experience. However, I am very selective with my concept / TFP work. *Please understand that if we are working in a TFP or trade capacity that you are working within the guidelines of my concepts, turn around time and edit discretion.
If you wish me to shoot your ideas, within your time frame and your requested style and number of edits, then you will have to pay my rates. This is non-negotiable, regardless of whether we're friends, family or anything inbetween. Feel free to contact me if you wish to put yourself forward for consideration for my personal work, afterall it's always nice to hear from people who are interested in collaborating on creative projects, whether now or in the future.
One thing I try to ask of everyone is to give it your all on the day, don't hold back and don't be afraid to look silly or have fun with something. And above all, I love those who can express with their face.
Also, please leave your egos at home, we'll get along a whole lot better if you realise the team is there to work with you, not serve you - ie. no Divas thanks, your attitude is not and will not be acceptable.
Model Release forms are
mandatory and must be signed on the day prior to the start of the shoot. No signed form, no photos. Easy as that.
All copyright and intellectual property rights to images produced by me remain with me, the photographer. If you have a problem with this, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Escorts/Chaperones are welcome, provided they are willing to assist if needed and
do not interfere or disrupt the shoot.
No Under 18 Models unless by negotiation. Parent/Guardian dual signatures are required, supervision by request.
When using the images, every team member MUST remember to credit all the people involved.
Do not crop the images. If you would prefer a closer crop to highlight an element of the image, please message me and I will watermark one for you. Cropping out the watermark is considered a breach of copyright and I will deal with it accordingly.

RETOUCHING - I am working on several projects/client jobs at any given time, so please be aware of time delays in terms of getting your images edited.
If you want quick edits, be prepared to pay the fast track retouch fees, otherwise I can recommend a talented retouch artist that will suit your needs.
Please respect that as both the photographer and retoucher I give everyone equal attention with no favouritism. I absolutely hate being rushed, this sort of thing takes time and attention to detail and I do not take shortcuts. I cannot be expected to complete entire job lots in an immediate timeframe without appropriate compensation, it's just not feasible.

Stealing or Using my images WITHOUT my permission is the quickest way to get yourself blacklisted. Courtesy and Manners go a very long way with me.
