I am an artist and full time fine art, commercial and portrait photographer in New England. My studio offers full portfolio creation and headshots for the aspiring model and actor. I work with models, actors and performing artists, in studio and on location to create sound, professional portfolios that get attention.
For my current gallery work I am looking to collaborate with models (tfp/tfcd) on multiple figure art projects.
TFP/CD on very limited basis.
For portfolio creation or commercial work please contact me for my rates.

Randall Harris on CM Photography:
Modeling is a fiercely competitive profession in which without the proper support network success is virtually impossible. The expression "survival of the fittest" is just the beginning for a model in their career as while strength, beauty and endurance are all imperative factors to overcoming the competition there are specific elements which boost the potential for success.
An agent and or manager finds the work though without photos aka a model's pictorial resumé there's a slim chance that any work will be acquired.
Many people assume modeling is merely standing in front of a camera and looking pretty but the truth is that it's not that simple. Photographers get paid extremely well to provide images for their clients and generally know exactly what look to capture to provide photos which their clients will accept 99% of the time. A model simply standing in front of the camera is not the desired look so there must be a harmony between the photographer and the model. A large part to achieving this concinnity is a properly trained model.
Every person looks differently from another so it takes a keen eye to determine the most marketable look for a model whether it be with ones basic features such as hair or body shape to more general things like poses and attitude.
When I first began modeling Chris was the perfect all around coach. He showed me how to exude a variety of emotions through my photos as well as how to pose and maximize my variety of looks.
Nothing is easy in modeling but giving up is and when you have a passionate photographer such as Chris Murphy he can show you the crucial elements to being an all around talented model ready for the intense photographers and brutal critics in the modeling world.
He can't sink a three pointer for you but he will put the ball in your court and give you everything you need to score for yourself.
