Hugh and Cheryl Frazier have been in Professional Photography and Videography for over 18 years. Mr. Frazier has been a Professional Photographer / Videographer since 1977. They own an independant film company (Frazier Photography and Video, plus Frazier Media Productions) that produces Magazine Covers, DVDs, Films and Documentaries and more.
