Thanks for visiting my profile and portfolio. I invite you to to leave your comments on my photos. If you like an image, please tell me why you like it. If you don't like it, (and that's ok!), please tell me why. I'm not here to just receive pats on the back for my work; I'm here to continually improve my craft, and you can help me with that. And one word comments "nice", "Beautiful" etc. will result in one word comments back to you. I know the shot is nice or beautiful already, or I wouldn't have put it in my portfolio. Duh. I just want to know WHY you like it! (or dislike it).
I welcome friend requests, BUT PLEASE BE COURTEOUS AND SEND ME A COMMENT OR TAG BEFORE YOU REQUEST ME. OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE DENIED. I'M NOT KIDDING.
I strive to show the male face and physique in an artistic, sensual mode. Anybody can photograph a pretty face, or a perfect body. That's not my goal. Besides, there is no such thing. While I am fortunate to shoot some of the most beautiful men in the world, I try my damndest to bring the model's soul and character to the fore, and capture that in my photos. For this reason, I choose to shoot various types of models; sometimes not the most obvious choices. I treat my models with the respect they deserve and from the comments I receive, the rapport between the models and myself shows through in the images. It's important to me to have fun with the shoot, have open communication with the model, and from that amazing images will naturally follow.
Paid shoots are my preference, but will sometimes make exceptions to shoot tfcd for outstanding models, or if I ask you to shoot with me. My rates are extremely reasonable, especially when you consider I include both face and body makeup, and a vast wardrobe for the model's use.
I enjoy working with "new talent" just as much as established models. I love finding models out "on the street", in restaurants, markets, banks, shops, etc. I always see something special in the prospective models I choose, and I am seldom wrong.
On a tfcd photoshoot, I strongly encourage a mixture of headshots, fashion/casual clothes/costume shots, as well as body shots. Since it is a "trade", both the model and the photographer need to receive what they can use for their own prospective portfolios.
FROM PAST EXPERIENCES, MY STUDIO IS NOW CLOSED TO VISITORS. I DO NOT INVITE THE MODEL'S FRIENDS, RELATIVES, MOTHERS, GRANDMOTHERS, GODMOTHERS, MANAGERS, ESCORTS, BOYFRIENDS, GIRLFRIENDS, AGENTS, MANAGERS, BABYSITTERS, PAROLE OFFICERS, PRISON MATRONS, YOUR CLERGYMAN, YOUR FAMILY DENTIST...(ARE YOU GETTING THE PICTURE?) OR ANYBODY ELSE OF A PERSONAL NATURE TO TO BE PRESENT DURING MY SHOOTS, AS I FIND IT DISTRACTING TO BOTH ME AND TO THE MODEL, AND NEITHER OF US CAN PRODUCE OUR BEST WORK. NOT BRINGING A BABYSITTER ALSO SHOWS ME IF A MODEL IS SERIOUS ABOUT THE MODELING BUSINESS OR NOT. DO YOU TAKE YOUR FRIEND TO WORK WITH YOU? NUFF SAID. IF YOU FIND THIS NECESSARY, PLEASE DISCUSS WITH ME WHEN WE BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT, NOT THE DAY OF THE SHOOT.
