I will be on hiatus until sometime in the first quarter of 2010 for a variety of reasons (mainly because of health, but along with some business and personal reasons too).

My VIP subscription is going to expire in a few days and I've decided not to renew as well.  Ignoring the fact that MM only takes certain payment types (and I pretty much told Bank of America to go fuck themselves.  ), I've decided that I've had enough of the MM Drama Club.  Besides being nothing but a financial drain and bad business sense for me, I don't see why I should continue to pay for a VIP profile when all I ever get on this site is people expecting "trade".

As much as I tried to deny it, I had to face the fact that MM had been a contributing factor towards the levels of aggravation, frustration, stress that I had been experiencing for at least the past two years, the total burn-out and a contributing factor towards some problems I'm currently experiencing.  I'm not completely removing my account here but unfortunately that means I have to remove 80 of my photos on here and I can't re-upload some that I planned on doing (Yes hon, I was going to re-upload them, but it's pointless now since I'd just have to remove them again in a few days).  From here-on out I will be updating my page here sporadically and my most current work that you would normally see on this page will be on my main web site:

That also means something else folks; I will be shooting a LOT less (particularly for trade).  The whole point of building up a portfolio is to market yourself, and/or improve your craft.  Even Ray Charles can see that I don't need the practice for 98% of the stuff that people want me to shoot (the only exceptions are my nude and fashion work).  It got to the point where I was practically living my life for other people.  I'd work my butt off and foot the bill to build up other people's portfolios, all the while not only would they get paid work because of the work I did with them, but they were able to have a personal life of their own.  Well... I'm taking my life back.  I'll still continue to work with some people that I've already worked with (particularly my muses and a very select handful of others), but I'm slamming the brakes down hard on the rest of you.  I'm sorry if people don't like that but I don't think it's physically possible for me to care any less what people think at this point.

I also have a secondary port with my nude work on here that I will not be renewing the subscription on when the time comes.  I will be restructuring my deviant art page over the next couple of months to focus mainly on my nude work.

I know I owe some people photos.  If you're one of them, I'm working on it, I swear.   In the past two weeks I literally ran out of local disk and server storage space.  I just completed a new redundant storage server build and network upgrade (and migrated a chunk of my data over to the new server in the process).  That ate a bit of my time up but I'm back on track now and I'm resuming edits.  Please be patient, I'll get it done.
