Regarding our projects for models with experience:
We are looking for models to work multiple projects in order to achieve optimum success with our clients.
When contacting us, please give us your schedule for the next 2-4 weeks. Please understand we are in the industry full time, so if you are part time, please define your flexibility with us.
We are professional, please email us with full structured sentences and paragraphs. Otherwise, we may not think you are serious about the shoot project.
We are looking for nice down to earth models. Good attitudes is a plus. If you have an ego, please leave it at the door when working with us. Thank you!!!
Jeffrey's simple factual report on texting vs. using a keyboard:
Regarding texting; it is 80 percent slower then typing a message on a keyboard, so I use texts only as a last resort. Example: I was born with 8 fingers + two thumbs for a total of 10 limbs. Thus creating optimum efficiency using a keyboard vs. 2 thumbs texting on a much smaller mobile phone. Would you rather be 4-5 times faster using a keyboard while communicating properly or use a much slower technology such as texting which typically creates more questions then answers? i.e., texting is much more vague and ambiquous with short fragmented sentences and acronyms. While keyboarding is a highly effective way of communicating. With this economy, I don't think any of us can afford to take all that extra time to text.
My general rule of thumb is as follows concerning communications (1 being the best, 4 being the least used option):
1. Face to face meetings, castings and interviews; It is very hard to book models online with their photo shopped images. Be professional and show up to castings that you have already confirmed. If you have the right look, your booked!
2. Phone calls; This is another highly effective form of communication. You can get all the info in a 4-5 min. conversation over the phone vs. spending 10 times more time texting to get the same info.
3. Emails; Emails that are properly written can be highly effective as well. Try and space between the opening greeting and main body of text in a email. Then close out the email with with your regards, name and contact info at the bottom. Take a class on writing if you are having a difficult time emailing.
4. Texting; Use as a last resort. i.e. "I am running 15 minutes late." Remember, SMS or Texting was designed for professionals back in the 80s such as doctors working in the E.R. Texting was never designed to be a primary form of communication.
