After spending over a decade in print media as a designer, working with local, national and international magazines, I realized I still craved another creative outlet. Photography – a long time un-nurtured passion – became the natural choice to satisfy my creative hunger. My experience developing concepts, creating layouts, arranging photo shoots, and correcting images for print media, helps me greatly while I am behind the camera and composing an image.

I started my career with one of India’s premier weekly news magazines, India Today, which has a circulation of over 600,000 and is part of the repertoire of publications, radio and news channels owned by Living Media India Ltd. After eight years with this magazine, I moved to Columbus, Ohio, starting up my own graphic design business named Dott Creative Ltd. My client list quickly grew to include several local, regional and national accounts. One of these national accounts was Monarch, a lifestyle magazine, which is where my interest towards photography was ignited. At present I am a Design Editor with Columbus-based magazines, Capital Style, Captital Style Bride and Crave owned by Dispatch Printing Company.

My passion for photography has provided me great opportunities to work with talented professionals around the world. I look forward to lending this experience and my creative flair to even more publications and creatives.
