These are a collection of photos I have taken in various places . I've spent most of my life working in Law enforcement as a police officer, chief of police etc.... I have been local federal and now state law enforcement. I have been shooting for the past 22 years, I am always willing to get advice or be critiqued by someone with a more professional status than I. This only helps me out and makes me better at what I do, so comment!

2008 was a good year for J Holmes Photography. We made new friends, developed new contacts and had several different versions of life's lessons to the point where we now know better.
2009 brings in a whole new era of positivity and possibilities.
From the lessons we learned we have developed new techniques and new policies.
We are still only doing limited TFP
Before every shoot, my wife Yolanda and I will do a sit down consultation that may require a deposit to reserve the date needed. This way we both get the knowledge of what is expected from us.
Consultation will also be required for TFP shoots to make sure that we obtain the best shoot possible. (no deposit required)
Makeup artist are extra and we can recommend one if necessary. We do recommend using a professional makeup artist.
We do realize that things do happen and if this is the case we would be happy to work with you, but when it comes to cancellations we require 48 hour notice and will retain 20% of the cost of the shoot. Please remember our time is valuable as is yours.
We look forward to a successful new year and providing as much help to our customers as possible.
