I like to shoot fashion and beauty and that is why I have a presence here on MM. I crave the pressure and demands of getting a good photo. I am an honest photographer, I will offer you my opinions, suggestions and direction. I'm open to yours as well, but I'm not that interested in assembly-line formulaic concepts unless it's just something we have to do in order to get to other looks. I like to try and take a concept to another level.

I'm also pretty spontaneous. I do plan the necessities but like to move on to other things if something isn't working. Some of my best photos have been ones where the original plan failed miserably and we moved on to something completely different. I usually have a "feeling" or "vague image" in my head before the shoot. I try to do things to recreate those feelings and imagery during the shoot.

I went to art school, worked as a graphic designer and creative director and I think I have a pretty good eye. I look at your hair, your eyes, arms, everything. I look at colors and composition. I look at what's behind you. I look at the light. Sometimes I wait until the right moment to get the shot. Sometimes it takes diligence and a willingness to have faith that the right shot will happen, but you have to work at it. I like to work with models that understand this, that understand the right photo might require them to hold one position for a long time, just to get the perfect photo. I have had mediocre photos in my port long enough and now I only want the best. What about you?

Additionally, I'm working on a series of photos involving dreams and memories and they aren't necessarily MM-type photos, but I still need models willing to TFCD/TFP.
