Right now I see myself as somewhat of a veteran/ex model. I'm not interested in being a big name and having a lot of images, I truly just enjoy making great art with like minded individuals. Generally, photographers contact models because they see something interesting about them that catches their eye. If I grab you, cool. I know I'm not everyones cup of tea and that's fine. Likewise, I don't feel the desire or need to work with photographers who don't catch my interest. Everyone has a different path and look and it's no hate. If we jibe, we jibe.
Because of time constraints and being busy with other things, I don't model all the time like those who are out to try make something of themselves. This is just a hobby for me, and I dig the lack of pretention that comes with treating it as such. However, I'm passionate about working with people who have a creative, collaborative idea that they feel I could bring something unique to the mix. I love art and I love making art. THAT'S why I'm still here and that's the kind of thing I want to give my time too. I want to have a challenge - I like it when you really have to work at it to get the shot. Beautiful images are a bonus for me, not a necessity. I'm not at all demanding about the 'finished product' either. I'm very easy to get along with. Message me and let me know if you have an interesting idea that you feel I could add to.
I know there are some topless images in my profile, but those are there to show the versatility of different photographers I have worked with and I feel they add to my port. However, I don't do nudes of any kind anymore. That time came and went. I'm older now and I just do different things. I don't like how many photographers (and models) jump to nude to make up where they lack in skill. Real talent can be shown without nudity, and while I appreciate a great nude photo, I don't feel I'm the model for that any longer. The best images come from a mutal investment in the finished product anyway. Implied could be done depending on the assignment and photographer. I'd have to know you well though, it wouldn't be something we'd shoot on our first meeting.
My hair is currently purple and orange with a little blue. It's always changing and morphing so who knows what it will be next. I'm not about perfection. I'm not a waif yet not quite 'curvy'. I'd describe my body type as muscular and it shows in my shoulders and arms. I'm quite flexible. I'm not a contortionist, but I'm pretty bendy.
Some of my images are 12 years old through now, so I wanted to add a recent UNTOUCHED cell phone image just so you have an idea of what I look like today. Sorry it's so huge!
I honestly can't remember everyone...
I'm mostly in some print books and used very often in paintings. I've also been used as a product model on websites. Some of my happiest accomplishments so far were being used as a model for a painter who ended up gaining the cover of "The Artists Magazine" Annual Portrait Issue April 2009, as well as being the model who inspired the image on Sirenia's new album "Perils of the Deep Blue". Just chanced upon the last one and I was super psyched.
