Yanique

I was born in Kingston, Jamaica in 1980, and moved to Brooklyn, New York when I was almost 2 years old.   A year later, my mother and I moved to Stamford, Connecticut and that’s where I enrolled in Barbizon Modeling School at the age of 6. At Barbizon, I learned proper etiquette and the foundations of modeling. This is when my passion for modeling began. My dreams were put to halt when we moved to Richmond, Virginia in 1989. In 1998, I began my college career at Virginia Commonwealth University, majoring in Fashion Merchandising. During my time at VCU, I assisted in fashion shows and learned the tricks and trades of the industry.  In the winter of 2002, I graduated from VCU with a bachelor’s in Fashion Merchandising, but there was a void that still needed to be fulfilled.  So here I am, living out my dreams of becoming that model that I have always wanted to be because I have learned to dream big and never give up on making that dream a reality!

Still doing TFCD shoots, there are a few photogs I'm waiting to work with (You know who you are :-}), and I'm always looking to broaden my port. I am now looking for paid work as well.  And sorry, I will not do Nudity or any images of that nature.
