First off, a little background info on me. I was a graphic artist, doing work in the layout and design field for 20 years. My work consisted of web pages, ads, layout and design, and digital works of art. I bring a creative eye to my work, and also make the process of creating the images part of the models job as well as mine. I am located in Central Florida and always looking for new talent to work with. I mainly work with film, but I do have digital capabilities.

TFP or TF/CD Rules:

1.If this is offered, the model will sign a release. The copyrights of the image stay with me the Photographer Chris Oakley, you the model will have limited usage rights. The same is if you inquire about a TFP or TF/CD shoot. If you want added rights to the images, then you will have to pay for them. If you have a unique idea or look and feel it would be benifical to me or to you let me know and we can work it out if possible.
** I have been getting questions as far as the limited useage rights for the TFCD or TFP shoot.. You get the rights to place the picture in your hard copy portfolio, any web based portfolio service and your webpage.. Basically you can use the photo to promote yourself but not to sell the image.. **

2.We have to meet prior to the shoot to discuss the shoot and ideas for it. I require a $50 dollar deposit to ensure its not a waste of my time, if you cant pay this at the time of the meeting. Then I have a document that will need to be signed at the time of the meeting stating that you will show up for the shoot. If youre a NO SHOW your deposit or the amount on the signed agreement that was signed will be paid to me the photographer. There is exceptions for no shows, but there very few and proof will be needed to exclude you from the agreement.

3.I try and make this an enjoyable experience for both of us, so if you need a chaperone or personal security feel free to bring them. I have no objections them being there at the shoot, but do not bring boyfriends, spouses or husbands to the shoot from my experience they bring an uneasy feeling to the entire shoot.

4.If travel is needed to either come to me or for me go to you the model, you are responsible for all costs involved with travel, this is hotels, gas, food, etc.
