Thank you for your kind and inspiring words. In all honesty, I made a fair few attempts to publish that novel, but the general consenus was that it was a long was from being marketable material / any good ... However, I am still writing, and have not given up on the idea of publishing something one day.
Barrington Grant's work certainly is stunning, with a distinctively stylish aesthetic. I only wish London was easier for me to get to ...

I too was saddened by the news. It is almost beyond a doubt that he was driven to an early grave by the piling-on of all the negatives his fame had brought him, and even being talented in both music and business could not save him from that pressure. It may be a sign to all of us who have not learned to value our obscurity (meaning me rather than you, I hasten to add, noticing the length of your CV ...).
I love that shot of you in "Gorilla Couture's" (Barrington Grant mk. 2?) portfolio, BTW. Not quite as softly and sirenically alluring as the bodystocking image in your main port, but it makes up for it with an intensity of sensuality and freedom from inhibition, all encapsulated in your expression. And thank you for the lovely picture comment on my "Victorian poster" image. :-) I only wish I'd been able to publish a book, so I could follow your advice and include that shot ... I did once write a 1920s vampire novel, but the clothes are a few decades out of date for that (not that the novel in question is ever likely to see the light of day. Unfortunately, I get tired of projects before I can refine them).

I don't remember what page you were on because I was reading the magazine at a Newsstand not at home. It's near the back of the magazine where they make brief mentions about things.

The sun brings out the car boot sales, so I'm afraid my weekend will be very busy stocking up for Ebay. I haven't found a way to make the modelling or writing pay, alas, and Cardiff was low on work even before the economy went pear-shaped, which I barely noticed ... Hopefully things will be better in the US, though if all else fails I gather my future brother-in-law can swing me a university post in the Philippines. Much as I am not a fan of tropical climates or nepotism, it is nice to have a fall-back position. ;)
Hope you have a fun weekend, and that your plans for the website are progressing nicely.
