I am a freelance photographer and shoot for several published magazines as well as e-zines (online magazines), websites, portfolios, and other projects.
I've been shooting professionally since 2000. I have an extensive portfolio and do not shoot "TFP" (I affectionately refer to this as trade for poop). The only time i'd shoot for free is if it's for a publication i'm working on. Photographers DO NOT pay models, clients do, I'm not a client.
I do not allow escorts to come to shoots, this includes boyfriends, girlfriends, mothers, aunts, sisters, fathers, pastors or bodyguards. There are many reasons for this and if your really curious ask and i'll explain. Simply put, it's not professional. If you have enough doubts or concerns about the photographer you're working with then don't shoot with him/her. that's all
