Well, you have nice pictures but it would definitely be a challenge to shoot with you since your ALL the way in Florida.

The answer to your question is :
All these backgrounds are done in computer graphics with a program named BRYCE. It's a 3D program very usefull and "simple" to use.
In the first image, the model was sit on her sofa in her bedroom. For the second and third, the model was in her appartment corridor, with the white door of toilet behind her ^0^! Okay, it's not very "glamour" but it was very usefull to extract the model body to another background (in 3D).
The lights are all naturals. Only the sunlights from a window or a door. The trick to merge the girl with 3D model is to manipulate colors and re recreate natural lights in the 3D model. It's long to do but well.
