Hi Arsineh, I would like to invite you to my Model Bootcamp in North Hollywood. This bootcamp is designed to keep my ladies in shape or to improve on their toneness..I've been a trainer for 10 years and I teach the ladies how to eat and work out to be in model shape..You can have a trainer for just $50 a month...We train at least 2x's a week in the evenings Mon and Wed. at 6pm at the park on Magnolia and Tujunga by the 170 freeway NoHo District( there is a lot of shade so it doesn't get too hot)...We also do an optional Runyon Canyon Run & Walk hike on Friday mornings...that's just for fun but it can be a work out also...Call me for an assesment and I will document your progress with measurements, bodyfat%, and strength tests...
