My name is Andrew Gates. I've been shooting for over 15 years. I live in Los Angeles, CA and mainly shoot lingerie and swimwear. I'm looking to expand my model network and grow with my photography. I'm looking forward to working with new, fun and interesting people.


I launched an online mens magazine on January 1, 2009 that has become increasingly popular, you can see it at: http://www.RUKUSmag.com. I'm always looking for models to shoot for the features and possible covers. Shoots are swimwear and lingerie. Girls receive all images from the shoot and tearsheets once pics are put online. Shoots take place in Los Angeles, CA. Experienced Models Preferred. Send submissions to info@RUKUSmag.com, please include your most recent work (1 Headshot, 1 3/4 Shot and 1 Full Length). Images should be no smaller than 5x7 at 72 ppi. Thank You.

I also shoot for Performance Boats Magazine. Check us out online @ http://www.PerformanceBoats.com. Performance Boats Magazine is the number one high performance boating magazine.  We cover all boating events, including regattas, poker runs and races.  We're always looking for new faces for our magazine so keep an eye out for our casting calls (experience preferred).

FYI: I really love what I do, but I don't have time for flaky models. If we book a shoot and something happens I would appreciate a call email or something to let me know you're not going to make it or we need to re-schedule. There is nothing worse than having everything set up (Hair, MUA, location, etc.) and then the model is a no-show. I have a list of models who will never get a booking from me for this very reason. Please respect my time as I will respect yours. Thanks.
