NEWS UPDATES: Dear MM friends. Due to medical bills following a car accident back in July (I'm OK, don't worry) and some other personal issues, I'm forced to scale back my shooting for a while as my time and resources are scant at the moment.
For now, I'm restricting my shooting to a few friend models with whom I've already worked or discussed shooting with. I also need time to catch up on edits and sending out products to a batch of very patient and lovely models. I don't want to become "one of those photographers."
I'm also asking anyone who's a fan of my work to consider purchasing prints of my works to help me recover a bit financially. You have several inexpensive options, including postcards, journals and even puzzles featuring my work. Christmas isn't too far away, and these are great alternatives to the same old corporate crap we think we have to buy every year, robbing most of us of any intended spiritual observations of that season (forgive the rant).
I'll update again once I'm freed up to expand projects. :-)

ABOUT ME (Please read!):
In my work you will be textured, scratched, darkened, and aged (in that antiqued photo kind of way!). Post-processing experiments continue, as I continue "finding my eye." Maybe the final image is the voice of the photographer?

NUDES:
Models must be 18 years of age or older. Identification is required to participate in shoots involving any form of nudity and will be recorded on the model release for record keeping and to meet
Federal 2257 Compliance regulations.
If you don't do nude work, I won't ask you to do nude work. I will respect your limits of modesty, which is determined by you. While I do not demand and/or all of my shoots utilize nudity, I strongly prefer using elements of nudity in my work, whether full, partial or implied. I find the lines and form of the human body naturally compelling, even assisting the viewer to identify with the subject. Please see my portfolio for examples to get a sense of what those images communicate.
I DO NOT SHOOT:
Bondage, S&M, models in grave yards, or images depicting violence of any form and especially nothing denoting themes of suicide or self-mutilation. And definitely NO bikinis!
ESCORTS:
Escorts are always welcome to shoots for your comfort and safety. In fact I prefer escorts, studios or group shoots for everyone's safety and comfort.
COPYRIGHT, RELEASE, IMAGES & EDITS:
Full copyright of all work is retained by the artist (photographer), per
US copyright law, unless otherwise stipulated in a mutually agreed upon arrangement via special model release. I provide release/permission to models to print and reprint images from shoots (provided via email or CD/DVD) and for digital portfolios of course.
Models are
NOT granted all "raw" photos from shoot. I only provide the best images in a final edit form, including hi-res images suitable for your printing needs and matching web-optimized images for digital portfolios. Models are also not permitted to edit photos derived from DPX shoots.
COMPENSATION:
I work in mostly trade arrangements with models, occasionally compensating models in cash pay as budget allows and as the project demands. Cash compensated models have been compensated, and are not entitled to images unless negotiated prior to shoot. I strive to make each shoot fruitful for model portfolio development. For TFP/CD (including actual prints) shoots the CD will contain hi-res images suitable for enlargement printing, up to 20" x 30" as well as matching re-sized and web-optimized images ready for upload to any digital portfolio.
Please keep in mind that when our shoot ends, I'm still working on sorting, labeling, deleting, editing, processing, CD and print production, and have expenses invested in materials and postage. TFP/CD can be a good deal.
