I am a fine art photographer and educator and my work consists mostly of black and white environmental portraits created in the subject's home, studio or workplace. I also enjoy the challenge of making emotionally revealing portraits in my studio which is located in Manchester, NH.
My current projects include black and white portraits of New Hampshire artists and writers made either on location or in the studio. For this work I frequently use a view camera which is a slower picture making process but results in unsurpassed image quality.
I have recently added some portraits I made in Nova Scotia while on sabbatical for a book on Cape Breton culture to be published in 2010.
I am willing to do TFCD for models who are interested in collaborating with me in making black and white portraits for my portfolio and for exhibition in galleries.
