I continuously hire models to shoot for my sites. I pay with a company check and require all to sign model releases and provide a valid ID to show proof of age.
An absolute must from any model is professionalism. Meaning correspondences in full sentences through email, or a phone conversation to discuss all details of the shoot. Texting (unless for urgent reasons) is completely unprofessional and not acceptable.
