hey...thank you for the tag. you are the first photographer I've seen on MM who is also doing IR. I know there are others...just haven't found them.
I really like the ethereal quality IR gives to a B&W image...most of those I shoot like the blue affect of the image so I just don't bother with the channel mix stuff or desaturation unless I am shooting a landscape or scenic and want the sky to be blue instead of brownish red.
