My passion is pin-up photography, where a girl like me with lots of curves (or plus-size if you must) can feel at home. I'm size-positive. I'm here to maybe hook up with other pin-up models and photographers interested in that look. I run a website called Pin-Up Parade where you can find a lot of my pics, as well as lots of other pin-up photos of nearly 30 different girls.
I'll consider most things vintage-inspired/pin-up/burlesque, but I don't do nudity. My boyfriend comes with me to shoots.
I have an excellent wardrobe of vintage and vintage-style clothing (mainly gorgeous 40s and 50s style dresses), in fact, all the things I'm wearing in my pics are my own things. I've got lots of props, hats, jewellery etc. I'm not too bad at hair and make-up so can take care of that myself if necessary. But equally I like to see what other people can come up with.
I have done some acting work on stage and film, and have appeared in The Guardian (as well as Yours magazine - the old ladies love me! - and the magazine of CILIP as a glamorous librarian) and also on the cover of a street culture magazine back in the 90s. I'm an Hourglass girl and appear in the 2008 Hourglass calendar as well as the 2008 Koolsville calendar.
I have modelled hairflowers for Baby Girl Boutique and Retro Vixens - and of course I model in the Pin-Up Parade shop.
(I haven't been on the scales for ages so I don't know how much I weigh, and I'm not convinced it matters, to be honest).
And in case you were wondering - I used the American sizing for my feet. I'm a UK 8-9, Euro 42.
