Hello again. I'm a photgrapher, and have been for a number of years now. I've been using photography as a means of creative catharsis. I prefer to working outdoors and on location more than indoors, but I'll happily do either.
I mainly shoot nudes, and then move the photos into black & white. The odd moment of colour does occour though. Now that the weather has warmed up, and we should get about 6 months before it gets too cold again, I'd like to explore some of my stranger ideas and themes, which may or may not feature any combination of:
Water,
Rocks,
Building sites,
Car parks,
Abandoned buildings,
Train tracks,
Dinner jackets,
Mirrors,
Fop coats,
Hawaiian shirts,
Fairy lights,
Candles,
Shopping carts,
Staircases,
Spiral staircases,
Doorways.
These days I shot with the entention of displaying the photos in exhbitions, but really I do this because I enjoy it, and that's always been enough for me. I do know that a models time is valuable, so I'll happy work some form of payment via copies of images taken, prints, cash, or cheesecake (literal cheesecake that is). Shoot was lots of fun. Felt very comfortable posing and he was very considerate being that the shoot was in a relatively public place....look forward to our next shoot!
