I'm a freelance Advertising Photographer and Art Director based in Sydney. My educational background is in old-school Commercial Advertising and Graphic Design over 15 years ago.
I was a Multimedia Lecturer at the University of Technology, but my passion for photography has lead me into diverse areas of the creative industry - from advertising, stage & props design, wedding photography, video production and fashion photography.
I've worked as an Art Director and Creative Director for some of Australia's largest advertising agencies. I've developed national creative campaigns for Telstra, Optus, Australian Idol, Australian Princess, The Biggest Loser, Sony, Tourism of Australia, Discovery Channel Asia, Jaguar, McDonalds, World Wrestling Entertainment and ING DIRECT.
My photos have recently appeared in The Australian Financial Review and 3D World Magazine.
When I'm not relaxing on the veranda with my beautiful wife, 6yr old son and 2yr old daughter, you'll find me tutoring local kids in community groups, volunteering in environmental and breast cancer awareness activities... and shooting the gorgeous girls of Sydney, Melbourne & Canberra!
I'm quite laid back and easy-going; not a divo at all, and don't expect the girls and guys I work with to be either. I admire and respect fine art nude and erotic photography, but I will humbly turn down shooting pornography.
I'll always do my best to create a fun and energetic atmosphere in all my shoots, I can't guarantee you'll laugh at all my jokes - but please do try, as it will help boost my ego and make us both feel better...
And YES, it is a prerequisite I snap a happy pic of you and me if we shoot...

If you need to build up your portfolio, please contact me for my test or commercial rates. If you have an amazing idea you'd like me to shoot, then I'm more than happy to collaborate on a TFP.
If we both negotiate to do a Test or TFP, then I require you to sign a standard model release prior to the shoot. I will do my best to get you a selection of our photo session within 2-3 weeks. For your time, I will happily give you 1-2 retouched images per outfit/theme of your choice for your online portfolio with my credits on the photo. Any prints or photos in high or low resolution are not provided on CD without a negotiated monetary arrangement. No RAW or unedited files are ever given. OK, enough of this boring stuff, I only say this now so we're both cool with all this before the shoot ...so if you're still keen after reading all that stuff above - let's now have fun and shoot!
