Hi and welcome to my profile here on Model Mayhem.  My name is Richard Wallace and I am a Semi-professional photographer  based out beautiful Phoenix Arizona. As I service all of Phoenix, and some of her sister cities including Glendale, Tempe,  Scottsdale, Mesa, as well as the Chandler.

MODELS WANTED:
I am always on the look out for new modeling talent. Which is why I welcomes test calls from prospective and hopeful models.

RATES & PACKAGES:
The life of a model by far is not an easy one. Factor in that most models really don’t start seeing a return on all their efforts until months or even years down the road, and well you start to see why affordability is just as important as reliability and quality when it comes time for a model to select which photographers he or she will commission to take quality images for them. This is why I now offer a number of highly cost effect photography packages that have all been designed to offer my client quality images at the best price possible.

So please feel free to contact me on here so that I may get the information necessary to send you a full brochure of the packages I now offer. Finally I would also like to point out that I am one of the few Phoenix based photographers who offers a price match guarantee. As in I will match any AZ based photographers hourly or packed rate to insure my client are give the lowest rate possible.

TIME FOR CD:
One of the most cost effective ways for both models and photographers to build up their portfolios or try out new ideas is to collaborate together on a time of CD basis. With this in mind I offer special shoot sessions at the end of each month to allow models new to the industry the opportunity to work with me. 

Yet, these photo sessions are in no way a quote unquote “free” photo shoot. What I mean by this I do as a $15 sitting fee to insure that I am actually working with business minded professional models vs. someone who just honestly looking to play games.

Likewise I ask that all models looking to shoot with me under a time for content basis do so with the understanding that the must see to their own makeup needs or be willing to pay a service charge of $75 to have me have a hair and makeup technician come in on the day of shooting.

Now one thing I would like to point out is that I leave the style or mood of the content being photographed at a time for CD shoot truly up to the model to decide.

So that said I am willing to shoot any thing from basic Pin-up and boudoir photography to maturity and swimsuit glamour photography on a time for CD basis. Yet, I also reserve the right to pass on a project if feel it would in no way be of any real benefit to my portfolio.

Finally I ask that models looking to book me for a time for CD project do so well in advance. Likewise I also request they present a detail description of what they would like to have me photograph. This is so I may have enough time to plan out and take the appropriate steps needed to see to the staging of a models shoot.

WARDROBE:
In an effort to promote size acceptance in the modeling industry I openly and quite cheerfully take on shooting assignment from models regardless of their body type.

Yet it is do to such a business practices that I honestly can not afford to see to the wardrobe needs of the models I find myself shooting with. Now like all business practices there are in fact times that this is not the case. Such when I am shooting commercial catalog content or doing a fantasy art shoot. That said I do ask that my clients see to their own wardrobe needs.

Finally I ask that all models bring a robe with them to the studio for any shoot which calls for nudity as well as glamour swimsuit photography. I make this request because I feel it keep the mood on set friendly yet professional decorum.

ON SITE ESCORTS:
Models bring an escort to a photo shoot is a reality of this business. In fact I have that such protocols go a long to put a model mind at rest when it comes to my intentions at a shoot. Yet if you are in fact looking to bring an escort to a shoot please do so with the understanding that I will not allow any childish or unprofessional behavior from the models I select to work with. Likewise I will allow anyone to conduct themselves in anything but a business life fashion when I am shooting.

So if you bring an escort with please do so with the understand that I may in fact end the shoot early and ask the model and his or her escort to leave the set if the onset behavior becomes disruptive to the point where productivity as well as safety are in fact impacted because a model can not hear my commands or relay her own needs or concerns as we shoot.

APPOINTMENT ONLY:
I work by appointment only so I will try my best to find a date and time to fit your busy schedule.

Yet I also ask that all models / clients take the time to please book their shoot at least one to two weeks in advance of our session together. This is because I have selected to only work with only two to three models per day. Likewise I only book shoots Thursdays threw Saturdays from noon to 7PM.

So, due to these factors there is a strong chance I may in fact be fully booked on the day you would like to shoot me. Unless of course you book your photo shoot with me a head of time.

NEW SCHEDULING POLICY:

Security Deposit:
As of October 16, 2009 all clients looking to schedule an appointment with me to have photographs take will now be asked to pay a security deposit that is equal to 25% of the photo shoot hourly quote or package price. Likewise all cancellations that where not made 5 days before a clients scheduled photo shoot will result in the loss of the clients deposit. However, if a client has canceled their shoot within 5 days prior to their shoot a full refund of the security deposit will be given.

Finally, all cancellations must be made by phone not e-mail.

Rescheduling:
Rescheduling can be done without any form of penalty to the client if I am contacted by  the client up to 5 days before their photo shoot is scheduled to take place. If however I am not given at least 5 days notice, I charge a small fee of $10 to reschedule.
