I am a Model/Actress/Professional Wrestler/Promotional Guru, now living in Buffalo, NY. I was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. I was in my first musical at 6 years old, a Thespian in 9th grade, at only 14 years old. I took part in many Renaissance Fairs, where I did a lot of stage fighting, that's where my love of wrestling, and horror, spawned from.

I moved to Buffalo about a year and a half ago, to work with a Pro-Wrestling Radio Talk Show called "Monday Night Mayhem". (That's where the name Helena “Mayhem” came from.)

Through the radio show, I was cast in my first role in a Major Film, at a “Ring Of Honor” Pro-Wrestling Show that was held at the Hammerstein Ballroom in NY. That film was "The Wrestler" by Darren Arronofsky. This was a Silver Screen film done by FOX Searchlight Pictures, that DID hit your local movie theatres, and won many awards. I was only an extra in it, at the end of the movie, but it was a wonderful start! Also, I DID make it into the movie trailer!

Since living in Buffalo, I have done work with many local indie film companies. The first local indie film I took part in was with Deftone Pictures Studios, and Zombified Studios. The movie is called "Bitez". It went to the film festival in Erie Pennsylvania, and won awards for the special effects. I played a zombie in the movie. It was a lot of fun to get into costume, and work with local talent!

The second movie I starred in was a movie by Buffa-low Budget Films, called "It's In Back". In this movie I played a lead role, as "Jenny", a girl who began as a prostitute, which was battered by her pimp, and later, fell in love with a "monster" and sought revenge. There is MUCH more to the film, that was just the basis of my character in it. I put a lot into this role…a lot of fighting, and a little bit of nakedness. It took a lot out of me, but was definitely a wonderful experience.

The Third movie, a movie called "Born To Die", also made by Buffa-Low Budget Films, was filmed at a local AWESOME club in Downtown Buffalo, called "Club Diablo". (The club is definitely a “Must See”, so stop in and have yourself a drink in a kick-butt bar, that is a great supporter of local indie film companies.) In this movie I played an assistant to a mobster, "The Asian", and as an extra at the club, in a different costume, of course. I have great feelings about this one, and can't wait till they are ready to produce a sequel, which they WILL.

After that, Slaughtered Lamb Productions came along with a role for me in the movie "Slime City Massacre". This is by far the largest production, in the local indie scene, I have had a chance to perform in yet! It was a post-apocalyptic set up, and I played one of many hookers in the film that was massacred. It is a very dirty, bloody, slimy film. The kind all of us horror fans are happy to see. I had the chance in this one to sprout a few tears. The cast and crew really brought this film to life! The team was outstanding, even the extras. This one will be hitting the Old Central Terminal in Buffalo this year, during the Halloween Party, on big screens! Hope to see all of you there!

There are a few more films in the making that I am being cast for as well, but you will just have to stay tuned to find out what those might be. I am very excited, and looking forward to working with Buffa-Low Budget films, specifically, to produce a movie that is so huge it may take years to wrap it up. With a cast of possibly more than 80 people, and insane special effects, including a demolition man to blow your minds! This one should be a masterpiece! And I will be cast in a very unsuspecting and challenging role, that will be great to diversify my portfolio!

As far as wrestling goes, I am training locally with a company called "OSPW" (Old School Pro Wrestling). I will be starting out as just a manager, but will eventually be working. My gimmick is all set, and will definitely surprise you! Maybe even spook you a little! You can find us at Http://www.OSPW.com We put on shows every month, locally, In Erie County. You can even sometimes find us on your local public access channel. Check their website for show dates. I am at EVERY show I possibly can be, so you are sure to meet me in person there if you attend. Come out and see me and my talented friends put on a wonderful show for you, and help support the local indie pro-wrestling scene! We need you! Without you we are NOTHING!

I am soon, going to be on your cable television channel, FOX, performing in an all female Pro-Wrestling show called "Wrestlicious". This show should be hitting the airwaves late fall this year, at best. Wrestlicious is a mix between WWE, and Saturday Night Live. The wrestlers are all females, joined by “The Mouth Of The South” Jimmy Hart. In addition, there is a great writer involved, creating some hilarious comedy skits to ensure maximum entertainment! I am sure you will be impressed with this one, and enjoy yourself watching, so tune in once the show comes along!!! You can look it up on Youtube for a little preview, or add their MySpace

"The Pro-Wrestler's Creed"

I also had the chance to use my acting abilities with Labatt Blue, the Beer Company, to help pitch an idea about the 2010 advertisement campaign. This role was performed during a meeting, in which the promotional department for Labatt’s pitched the scenario for the new 2010 Labatt commercials to the heads of the company. I was given a script, and became an official “Guardian of Refreshment”. A sort-of “Super Hero”, if you will, that saves the day for thirsty men everywhere. You will see this character in the Labatt Blue commercials coming up next year! Who knows, they may decide to use me, officially!

I think I've got it in me to do something fantastic with my life! I am NOT only a fighter, and a Promotional GURU, but, I am an artist and I want to make every moment beautiful. The human body is a wonderful thing that should be celebrated, this is my temple, I want to share it with the world. Some people look down on nudity...I can't understand why. Art of the human body goes back to the dawn of time. You would think that the world would have gotten used to it by now...or should I say, The United States of America, anyways. There is nothing more beautiful than being comfortable in your skin, with who you are. This is what I was born to be, Celebrate me.

I have had WAY too many bad experiences with TF Shoots. The photographers can't seem to get the images back to you. As a result of that, I am NOT willing to do anything TF. I refuse to work with you if you can not display acts of professionalism. Looks like Photographers can "FLAKE" too! I WILL NOT waist my time any more with matters of this sort. If, by chance, I enjoy your work and am VERY impressed with what I see...I WILL consider doing TF Shoots with you, But I MUST have the images on CD, or on a removable drive, which I will supply...in my hand, BEFORE I leave the shoot. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you can not agree with that, then I am NOT the model for your next shoot, SORRY!

i DO NOT do nudes, even artistic, unless I am very impressed with a photographers work and can trust that the images will benefit ME in some way. I do not flake.
